The resort is located on 5.7 acres on U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, approximately three miles from Walt Disney World and is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios Florida and Downtown Disney, all within a 15 minutes drive. Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida; be on the beach or on the gulf within an hour.
