AMERICA’S TRAVEL AND VACATION CLUB (ATV) is a vacation ownership club similar to an equity membership in a golf or country club. Our club owns or leases condominiums in many locations. As a member in good standing, you will have the right to reserve one week (7 nights) in any one of our resorts each year, or you can exchange your week, through our travel department, at over 4,000 resorts worldwide. In addition, ATV members can book bonus nights in our seven resorts for only $60.00 cash per night, based on availability, for unlimited nights during the year! Everyone knows that owning is better than renting. Own your vacation resort and stop the inflationary increases of the rent that you are paying every year. Once you are a member / owner, it is in perpetuity. You can leave your week to your estate and therefore it passes on to your children. The ATV Club is run by an independent board of directors elected by the membership and managed by a professional management group. Never stay again in a 250 square foot hotel room. Instead, stay in a full size condominium with a kitchen and with all the amenities that you would expect in a great resort.
