This past spring 2016, we have focused on resort-wide improvements to The Villas at Tree Tops and Fairway and Fernwood Resort. This includes enhancements to interiors such as new bedding, laminate flooring, flat-screen televisions, and kitchen upgrades, as well as exterior improvements such as new roofs, beautiful gardens, courtyard refurbishing, siding, repainting and paving. Exterior renovations & upgrades continue at The Tree Tops & Fairway Villas. Interior renovations & upgrades continue at The Tree Tops & Fairway Villas. We have been adding to our ever-growing list of year-round amenities over the past season; we have added a new trampoline attraction, two children’s ropes courses, and a new zip line course at Pocono TreeVentures. These attractions join our other amenities, such as an 18 hole par 71 golf course, Pocono TreeVentures aerial ropes adventure course, Blue Lightning all-season tubing, Pocono Zip Racer dual racing zip lines, Wintergreens Patio Grill with live entertainment, canoeing on the Delaware River, horseback riding, massage, mini golf, paintball, indoor and outdoor pools, bumper boats and Valley Station video game area. We will continue to expand our amenities and upgrade our facilities to provide outstanding vacation ownership experiences and memories.
